Short version: We do not collect your data. We do not want it. We literally cannot access what you type into the calculators.

What We Do Not Collect

Everything happens in your browser. Your dog's weight, age, activity level, body condition score — none of it leaves your device. We have no server storing this. No database. No user accounts. No passwords to leak.

Local Storage

Some tools use your browser's localStorage to save your inputs and history. This data stays on your computer and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it anytime through your browser settings. We cannot see it, access it, or back it up.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out through Google's Ad Settings. We do not control what ads Google shows you.

Affiliate Links

Some blog posts contain affiliate links to dog food and products we have researched. If you click and buy, we might earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. We only recommend products we have personally evaluated or that meet our nutritional standards.

Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking tools on our calculators. We may use basic server logs to monitor site performance and detect errors, but these logs do not contain personal information or calculator inputs.

If you email us at contact@dogcalorietool.org, we keep your email address and message only for as long as necessary to respond. We do not share, sell, or rent your contact information to anyone.
